At DVND, every product is handmade to order. This means each piece is created specifically for the customer after the order is placed, with care, attention to detail, and a focus on quality. Because of this made-to-order process, we maintain a very strict return policy.
Returns are only possible in extreme situations where the fault is clearly on our side. This includes cases such as:

manufacturing defect,

damage caused before delivery,

or any issue directly caused by us.
If your order arrives with any such problem, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package and share clear photos or proof of the issue. Once we verify the concern, we will arrange a replacement article for you. In such cases, we will ensure that the replacement is sent after proper confirmation.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

change of mind,

wrong size selection by the customer,

dislike of the product after delivery,

minor color variation due to screen differences,

or any issue not caused by DVND.
Since every order is made individually, we request customers to carefully check all product details, sizing information, and order information before placing the order. This helps avoid confusion and ensures a smooth experience.
If a problem occurs during delivery, such as damage in transit or a missing item due to shipping issues, we will review the case and take responsibility where applicable. In such situations, we will send a new replacement item after verification.
